Students may also participate in Cheerleading.
Because NCAA Division III schools emphasize the effects of athletics on the students rather than on the spectators, they do not offer scholarships based on athletic ability. At Ozarks, coaches stress the importance of academic performance as well as athletic performance. The Ozarks athletic experience is designed to help student-athletes achieve their full potential in all aspects of college life.
